It's a shame though too, they're from Florida USA.  I was expecting them to be from maybe... India or some ****. LOL!

Yes, but his main theme website ( http://talkpremium.com/) is still up and active, so the recentness of the thread is irrelevant. I've only become aware of this matter recently.

Such a ridiculously blatant rip, add in the fact its a design for a website distributing "premium" themes and you can conclude with the word "sad".

I think it's rude too, that he was just around here a little while ago, viewing this thread and the one I referenced in here... and didn't say anything about it. He just left like "oh well, who cares!" ... People are seriously cold hearted and just don't care anymore about anything.
What if it happened to be HIS site template that was ripped? He/They would probably throw a huge fit about it.
