CSS Coder look here!

Hi, I'm trying to start a game site i know how to code in html, but my friend told me I should code "CSS Tableless" so my content areas would stretch vertically.

I wouldn't be able to pay as I'm on a tight budget but i would be able to give a link back/free ad or something.
