OScommerce is a free existing PHP cart script, which will manage all ur fasion items, but u cant do much to customise it.
The second is if i was to create a full php cart for you from scratch to work with paypal, this way you get exactly what you want.

Oscommerce has thousands of premade mods to customize... =\ It's much cheaper / stable in the long run.

I've worked with osCommerce with many companies, and produced even this site with osCommerce at one: http://www.snazaroo.com/ -- you wouldn't even know it was osCommerce just by looking at it. So I fail to see the point you're making, Xi0s.
I'd recommend Blue Ire or Village Idiot (If Village Idiot's up to the osCommerce part).

Thanks for the heads up everyone.
I was also wondering if the price was fair?

Well, Blue Ire's quote of $700 is about what I'd expect to pay for such work. I know he's capable of quality work and that quote reflects just that.

Neither do i tbh, ive not done OScommerce before, my quote is low because ive not done it before, and it may take longer because of it, but it will be completed none the less.

i would say $700 sounds a tad cheap, at $80 an hour thats still almost 9 hours. For an intergration only? Id say a tad steep, just my personal opinion though... Im not fond of the software, but i reakon you could find some programmers that have specific experiance in oscommerce that can do it cheaper.
