  Old  Camera Recommendations?

Well, I'm going to France in next March and I will need a camera (don't have one right now). I'm getting one anyway, but I want to find a good one that will fit my needs. I would like one that is around 8-9MP. My budget is realistically anywhere from $300-400 at the most, but would like to keep it in the $300's or lower if possibly.

Anyone have some good recommendations for cameras that meet those requirements? My sisters camera is nice and was $350 at Best Buy a couple of years ago, but I can't remember what kind it is.

Edit: Was just looking at this one, it seems alright for the price, anyone able to comment on it?

I would suggest that, my grandmother has that. She made a HUGE print, it was like as big as me, and posted it in her room, and looks perfectly crisp and fine.

Price is a bit high, but for a 12 Mp camera, it's well worth it, the design is great and the LCD is quite large.

Yeah, that's pretty nice, my only concern is that only has a 3x digital zoom, and I'd like one that has a higher zoom than that. However, 12.1MP for only $360 is an insanely good deal.

I'm getting the Nikon D40, however it's $200+ than what you listed you're looking for...
