Oh okay. I think there should be rules such as no hacks i.e. <!--[if IE 6]>
Even though if I will lose because of this rule, I think this rule should be used unless the template is unable to code with hack. It'll be fun learning new things while competing.

No hacks are needed if you know what you're doing. I won't be competing if hacks are allowed.
