  Old  Apple iMac

Okay well pretty soon i'm going to be getting a 20 inch iMac.

I am still wondering a few things....Do you think I would notice a difference between 2.4GHz and 2.66GHz? Both will have 2GB Ram.

Here is the link to them store.apple.com/us/browse/home/shop_mac/family/imac

Even though they are both expensive, If I could save some money and use it for maybe some software or anything else that would be great.

Anyone have an iMac? Whats your setup?

I just hope Apple doesn't come out with some new iMac or upgrade in a few months like they do with everything else...

^^ Within a year I think they will be updating the iMac line. I suggest a MacBook Pro with the new Cinema display.

Yeah I would hate for them to come out with new ones. I don't want a Macbook Pro because after I buy my iMac I will most likely be buying a Macbook too.

yeah Ive been looking around and I think it would be wise to wait it out a bit since they are expected to come out with something new.

Thanks a lot slavingia, that really helps. I guess I will be waiting a couple months and see if there is news of anything new.

If I were you, I'd wait until MacWorld has been and gone.

Yea exactly, I can wait. I'm in no big rush so I would rather wait for something new.

I have a Macbook Pro and just hook it up to a larger monitor when at home and work. I was just looking through Craigslist the other day and saw this good deal (I live in San Diego as well): http://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/sys/911958408.html
