  Old  Dual Monitor Problem?

Hey Guys,

I have been running dual monitors for the past year or so, and they are great. However, recently, when I turn the PC off and turn it back on again, the icons on the desktop seem to be moving themselves around.

Has anybody else experienced this, and if so, do you know how to fix it?

I installed Ultra Mon a few months back, could it be anything to do with this?

Cheers,

Craig.

Ultra Mon i doubt would be affecting this. Have you set your icons to re-order to date or alphabetical order? Do you have it set so icons are floating on the desktop or snap to grid and stay on the right or left hand side?

Do you change your resolution regularly? Maybe when playing games or something? This will make this happen I think.

Unsure of your problem but those were just a few things i could think of.

Change of Resolution could be the main error. By any chance does your BIOS change the resolution before it boots into Windows?
