Old  help! template design for auction site

Okay, this is the site:
http://unitedbids.auctionserver.net/...uctions/sales/

Apparently, the auction service provider does not allow designers/developers to edit the template directly. My client hates this design. I was thinking we could set up sort of a 'mask' of the actual auction items - a 'pretty' page that would display the items, but whenever you clicked the item it would take you to the 'real' auction page. How would I set up a page such as this that updated dynamically with the actual auction page?

The dynamic website provides the feature of online webpage changes. If you need to make changes online in any web page then create dynamic admin page and then give the facility to changes at anywhere in website as per client requirements. Must use admin password for admin page for security purpose.
