  Old  How?

Anybody here by any chance know how to code something like this into html/css using tables?

(I'm strugging with this because of the white borders on the left and top of the cells)

Any help would be appreciated

Those borders are simple to do

td { border-top: 1px solid #ffffff; border-right: 1px solid #ffffff; }

in css, will affect every cell.

Yea... I understand how to that by itself... But when I have a couple tablecells, 2 sides of which have double borders composed of two different colors, and a gap inbetween the cells... It gets confusing.

You don't need tables for that at all. To get the shine effect just have two div's one inside the other, with the inside one having a white border on the top and left of itself.
