  Old  downloads/uploads site script?

does anyone have suggestions or experience using a certain downloads/uploads type script? basically i am trying to build a site that is a collection of files and need something to manage it and allow users to contribute files as well.

no need to reply with "hotscripts.com" i am aware of that site, just havent been able to find something that fits exactly what i need.

you will never find a script with everything that you want, you can probably find a upload script on hotscripts or planet-source-code.com, but what you are looking for will cost money or toy will have to code it your self

If I were you, I would look into 2 different scripts. One to download the files, and of course one to upload the files. Not hard to find.

I would hire a php coder to code downloads/uploads script. It is best way... Take a look at 2 scripts of download files and upload - you can make them into all-in-one, you need to learn php languages.
