Spybot search and destroy is a great application, equally though I like MS antispyware and the mcafee internet security suite

AdAware is good for adware and some spyware...

I was using AdAware and Spybot Search and Destroy for the longest time.
I use ewido anti-malware now, so far it's been great.

Thanks People,

Donwloaded, SpyBot and Ad-Aware seems to be running fine a few things I still need to sort out though its all looking good.

I have used Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy and both are pretty good.

If you want a program try SpySweeper, I do not believe they have a free version possibly a trial.

But I never have any spyware with this program loaded
