I need this simple layout sliced and coded asap - I'd prefer it done tonight (which wouldn't be too hard) but can negotiate. I'd like it done in valid XHTML/CSS or HTML/CSS. Give me your offers here and I'll pick someone.

Note that it was designed in Fireworks MX and that's the native source file (.png)
