looking to release free wp theme, Ill do the coding, you the design?

Hello,

I'm working on my portfolio, so i was thinking of releasing a free wp skin.
I'm not a good designer though, so i was thinking if someone would be interested, you make the design, i'll do the coding and integration.

In the footer we could have something like "Design by yoursite and code by mysite. And maybe even a sponsored link, that could be sold for 50$-80$?

Right now I'm coding few other things, but if someone is interested, please PM me.

However, I'm only willing to code a layout that is decent in my eyes!

So please, don't be insulted if I don't accept.
