It looks decent. I would cut down that nav a bit, its really huge and doesn't seem to fit the theme of the rest of the layout.

its ok but not that appealing to me. nav is too bulky and also too gray. the text on the header could use work and placement is bad u cant really tell which is the title name. maybe make the title bigger and ur slogan under it or something.
