Uploaded a 64kb .jpg file and it gave me the link but there was no watermark on the image ??

Make it work with an animated gif and I'd buy it.

The script is working fine. Possibly your image was too small to see the watermark? Example.

MaxS, animated gifs is something I may look into in the next version if it's possible.
