My 2 new designs

I think both look absolutely fantastic.

I don't really have any complaints other then on the first one. The white menu text on that yellow background kinda strains the eyes a bit. I also think there should be something else complimenting the "think Creative" text. I'm not sure what, though.

The First one: The white nav bar is hard to see against the yellow header. The color yellow isn't bad, maybe change the nav color. Also the dark gray background look like it has too much gradient! It strains with the text!

Second Design: I don't have too much against it, maybe center the footer nav?? Possibly take that black color down a notch and copy the shading of the corresponding yellowish bars to what ever color you choose. Once again the yellow background with the white text, It doesn't work for me.

Just my personal opinion

The first one looks wonderful but I have to agree with DDS about the white navbar and the yellow header. I think you can choose a darker color for the navbar.
