Logo needed

Name of the contest: Logo For The Province of Cape Breton Campaign
Deadline: July 24th, 2007 (1 week)

Contest brief: I require a logo for a new non-profit group in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Colors and general idea can be based on this flag:

the logo doesn't have to include the whole flag or whatever but the closer to this you can get it the better (if that makes any sense?)

Other information: The name of the group is
Province of Cape Breton Island
(the intials (PCBI) maybe acceptable if you decide to put text in)

and the tagline is:
Building CBI’s Future: A Blueprint for Success

I require the logo to be transparent (.png format) and has to be 40px X 43px in size (i know, its very small). you can create a larger icon- maybe 140px wide as long as it scales to the 40 X 43. also if you want to throw in a banner as well i wouldn't complain but that may be asking for too much

i would like the .psd of the logo as well if possible (but not 100% necessary if you supply me with a few different sizes).
