Fixed width; but generally I prefer a larger fixed width. Fixed by size - like with 20pixels either edge and stretchy middle.

Fixed width, but would be better if there was some sort of border around it.

I prefer the 100% width, it just looks more accessible, and less cramped.

whats good about the fixed width is that I know how it will look like on higher res, myself I am on 1280x1024 and it looks totally different than fixed width what someone at 800x600 would see.

Fixed width looks much better as does the actual colour theme on that design!

100% width looks so much nicer and it actually looks 'finished' unlike the other, the white makes it look like its unfinished.
