Your layout looks quite good, but the google ads looks a bit strange in your header. I agree with Cole on this one, it's strange how you organised it, and the 'posts' and 'threads' buttons looks a bit too big for your layout. I would also move the 'new posts' 'locked threads' and so on buttons to the left of your forum itself, don't put them at the bottom. Also, your domain is a bit strange, Pokerspot would be an awesome domain, but Poke (to Poke) dmakes me think more of pokemon than of poker.
