Looking for a Freelancer/Client Work Plug in

I'm sure someone has this, or knows of a good one.

I'm looking for a plug in where I can input jobs/projects and can update the progress of them.

It needs to have a client log in area where they can follow the progress of their project and add notes.
It should also send emails to them when I make an update.

If it also has support for Pay Pal payments, where say clients with ongoing support can log in and pay...or at least follow a link to pay, that would be great!

It doesn't have to be free, it just needs to be good and well supported.

Anyone know of anything like this?
