Maybe this schedule will help. Now, always when i`m entring chat I see only salathe (or his server probably), cableguy (idle master) and that's all . Channel is pretty dead atm, would be nice to create a schedule, maybe set interesting topic sometimes.
The only problem about setting dates is time zone , but i think majority of community is from Europe.

I'm in the channel 24/7 and around to see messages during working hours (9–5 GMT) and whenever I'm on the computer in the evenings, but I don't really keep too close an eye on it. That said, if anyone says my name in there, I'll get a little flashy icon on my screen and I can pop in and reply if I'm around.
Scheduling chat topics/themes might work. With or without those, it would be nice to see folks in there at any time. Treat it like a group IM but without the annoying people and spammers.
