Screen Recorder

Does anyone know of a good program to record what you do on screen?

Such as if I was building a tutorial to show my mom how to setup an email account I could send her a video of what I did?

macromedia contribute. i don't know what adobe did with it since taking over, but i know it's in studio 8.

i prefer screenflash (after that you can add and additional comments into the swf movie)
