Wow, that's right where I live! Not the same building, but pretty damn close. I'm in college right now so I didn't see or hear about this until this link... Pretty crazy.

There are many helicopters and small planes (like this one) that fly by over this area, as opposed to flying straight over Manhattan because they'd have a lot of tall buildings to avoid.
