Click to the Moon is a charity organization around the goal of raising money for major space organizations in order for more moon exploration.

So help us raise funds by clicking for your continents flag, and help them get to the moon first! The first one there, gets all of the money we’ve raised!

For those of you following the last thread:
The new site is now up and running, and it has some dramatic security fixes. And it will continue to get more and more Now all proceeds are going twords Charity

Also, sorry, but the clicks were reset. Me and my lovely self corrupted the last database *blushes*

But most of those clicks were all fake anyways, you all know who you are.. lol

Any constructive criticism is welcome That means you can bash my code if you want ;P Just be willing to give me some sort of a solution.

How do you earn money?

I'm not trying to.. I just love space.. and I want to contribute something to it the exploration and discovery of more of it... so this is my way of raising funds.

I think he may have been refering to how do you make money for the charity aspect of the site

You have the little counter in the top right hand corner, how is that money being raised?

I like the way that you actually get closer to the moon depending on how many clicks you get.

As an educated guess I'd say from his adsense and partner link(s).

Google Adsense earns it from page impressions and the occasional click from other users. This page generates around 16,000 pageviews a day if I do decent with advertisement, so it earns a bit.

Also the "Participating Sites" pay monthly fees to be listed there.
BTW, if you're interested in this, it's $20/month. We have 350+ Uniques/day, PM me.

Update: New security features added to help with "fake" clicks

Another Update:
It now shows how many clicks you've done again.. had to take it out because of security stuff.

A good demonstration of coding skills - well done.
It would be a good idea to add a donation button if the cause is for charity.
