Signature images?

I know there's a size limit but is this rule outdated?

Just seen rasberry's banner which exceeds the height limit by 20px.

Is it OK for me to use a 468x60 image or 1 with a similar size to rasberry's?

Rasberry is allowed to have a large signature since he is a member of staff here and can therefore bend the rules, think of it as a perk that the moderators get. As for you, I'd suggest sticking within the 450x60 (and all the other) rules.

You have clearly read the rules; follow them. It can't possibly be that hard.

Staff members are allowed a few perks, bending the sig rules has been one of them for some time.
