Secure Proxy Site $200+ Per Month

Hello All,

I am selling one of my favorite sites! The site is www.fsurf.com.

This site requires little to no work and continually earns decent money. The site runs very well using CGI proxy. I have it set to run in mod_perl which makes the cgi script run very smoothly and very low load compared to if you run it as normal CGI. I also have set up SSL for the site. This is great for surfing anonymously and completely secure.

I actually bought this site on NamePros awhile back, and when I bought it there was decent traffic to the site already.

I had some problems with my log files getting too large and ended up losing alot of my stats. Here is what I do have:

The site is custom designed by me. As you can see I am not selling because the site is dead or dying, it is averaging over $8 per day this month and today is not over yet. Also stats last couple days have been going up.

I think even more money can be made out of this site with promotion and utilizing some CPM banners on the bar above the pages (Look at pageviews in the stat screenshots). I promote the site with my signature on a couple forums.

Open for offers, anything ridiculously low will just be ignored (use common sense, I'm not going to sell a site that is earning me $200+ per month for $200).

Could we buy the site, and pay you back? like a loan ? :P

So you're currently making $200+ a month just with signature advertising? What's your current hosting fees?

yes I have made over 200 last few months, and 300 last month as seen in screenshot.

I currently have it hosted on a dedicated that is about 100 per month (http://www.servstra.com/servers/amdlow.html I have the first one with cPanel). I also host a few other sites on this same box. If I divide the cost per site then ~25-30 per month. My BIN takes in consideration cost for hosting, that is why I put it at $2K rather than somewhere between 2500-3000.
