Old  SuSE Linux 9.2 help needed

Im about 3 days old to SuSE Linux 9.2 (i make it sound like a new life ) a very experianced friend of mine and me did a dual boot on 1 of my computers in the hope of setting up a server thing so i can acess files remotely (saves me having to e-mail attachments to my self and then downloading my attachments to where ever i am, or buy a memory sick(when your saving up to build a £950 computer for yourself free money is hard to come buy).) any way i got wi-fi in my house and we need to get the card to conect to the internet . we did the setup right making sure that the wireless card was accepted in the installation, SuSE recognises that the card is there and we have found the area in which we can put the WPA-PSK and we have cofigured the card and put in the network name thing. (do i have to do anything with the router) but (and a very big but) the internet still dont work on fire fox or mozzilla. any 1 got a clue!

PS. i have a Netgear 108mbs WG311T if that helps

If you have,

answers on a post card please( )

Thanx
owen
