New PC Optimization Blog for Sale

I started on this project, but due to a change in focus, I want to get rid of it.

The website is about 1 month old and I stopped updates about two three weeks ago.. however, it's already listed in Google & has been receiving natural traffic from Google.

Technically, it's a "work in progress", because of the US-based computer repair directory listings and the PC optimization tutorials. However, it's visible & it has quite a bit of content on it considering the amount of time I spent on it.

It is using a free wordpress template.

The domain is registered at Namecheap.

This is a fixed-price sale.

Domain name and content/modified template (I send you download links to the blog/content/etc) - $30

Setup on your server - $60 (total)

Support on how to optimize this wordpress blog (how I am doing things) - add $25

I have a customized plugin for this website, (a hack of an adsense plugin) - I can show you how to use this & answer any questions pertaining to the functionality of this blog for free, however, if you want my insight & so fort to continue optimizing this like I have been, I'm asking for the $25 extra.
