Yeah! (of course, not including the entire adobe line of products ... powerful utilities such as firefox ... and other things that make up your desktop)
I like both, but Mac's are definately more creative, faster at default, and just set the standard. Windows's Vista is a terrible copy of Apple's OS X, and all PC's run Windows (or linux or other non-apple lines) default.
I have two macs, one PC. Vivid fan of both, although if I didn't have this insane monitor hooked up with my PC I'd probably not have it much longer.

Put simply, Windows is clearly better. Apple are advertising the fact you can run Windows in a Mac, surely windows are doing something right.
What Apple designed software runs on a PC?

I agree that macintosh is a good system, but my main point is that it isn't good enough to make me spring for a 1000+ Upgrade when I have a perfectly good PC that I have configured (painlessly on the whole) to have the same 'features' that many Macs have.

wow man, thats funny...
Apple are only allowing people to run windows so they can make the switch easier, its really not that "deep" in thought as you've made it. Windows is everywhere because we have been bombarded with it.
But then again, its like saying starbucks is the best coffe. Its the most widely available.

Tim Horton's all the way! (I don't expect many here to know unless they're Canadian)
It's like the starbucks of Canada, but for the average joe who doesn't want to fuss over the grande [insert spanish sounding name].

I don't have one, but I want one over windows.
As for the arguement, I bet that 90% of you saying that a PC is better than a Mac has barely even used a mac. I've only used them in school several years ago and hated them. Now I actually want to buy one because it's somewhat easier to use than Windows. You don't have to go through the hassle of installing each part one by one just to come up with problems.. because a Mac is already built for you and rarely have hardware problems as compared to a PC. Sure, PC's are great and stuff, especially for gaming, but you have to worry less about a Mac slowing down because it's programs aren't major process hogs. Their interface is really nice too.. Both types of systems have their faults (more on a PC actually, but that's not the point), and both have their strengths. You can't really compare one another unless you've used both of them equally.
As for the no "standard" double click mouse.. you are comparing that to a PC because you are used to it. You don't need one for a mac, so stop your whining.. you use the mac key and click. (I think that's what it was)
