WordPress Suggestions

I was thinking of setting wordpress up to use as my page blog software, and also have seen many sites use it for portfolio. anyone know of good resource/tutorial etc on setting up wordpress for your portfolio, maybe page of thumbs with small title or something? Thanks

Use a tutorial? I don't think you need that
It's just making some custom pages, and maybe use the plugin "gravatars", which basically adds an image to your post. Good luck!
