Best Live Chat Program

I want to add a live chat/support thing on one of my websites. I did a search and found tonnnnnns of them. anyone have good words about a certain one or why you like any particular one? Thanks!

I would go for phplivehelp as Stardevelop Live Help is not very admin friendly (everything is so huge) and PhpLive causes many issues (some clients can't access it for strange reasons). Another option would be to opt it out to liveperson / boldchat.

I used kayako live support for banners2go and it was very good, so I highly recommend that software although stardevelop live help does look really professional and offers a wide range of features I personally find it too colourful/xpish.
