PHPBB2 Theme Help

Well, I was editing a theme for Sam Baker and it was finished, but I only changed the original theme files. So when I was done, I made a new folder and put a copy of all the files in the new folder, but now the theme won't show up in the "Add" section of the Styles manager.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to take the theme files I made (which is really just CSS I did through the admin panel), and a modified overall_header.tpl file, and make a theme file that works in PHPBB2.

I can do this, i think im going to be coding the rest of the skin for sam anyway.
