The site isn't loading/loads incredibly slow for me. You might want to optimize it before selling it as an Amazon-ready site.

It's because on my server it's have more sites that needs high CPU/RAM.

Let me correct my statement then.

The site doesn't load AT ALL. How do you plan on selling a site that we can't even see? Your excuse that your server has run out of resources isn't worth shit to people who might be interested in buying but cannot see the site.

Isn't there some sort of marketplace rule saying that you can't sell something if the users can't see it? If not then there needs to be one, because common sense isn't all that abundant.
