Need help with a new community

Hi all, I know I just joined this community and just for the record I am not here for a few posts and then be out. I plan to stay so I would appreciate it if anyone could help me get my iPhone Forum, iPhoneTalk.info, up and running. I have tried many things but just cannot seem to get it on its feet. I'm thinking about giving away a free 2 year subscription to Macworld magazine what do you all think? The site is completely ready for users to come in and start using it and has been for about 2 months or so. I have even held off on monetizing it so the site is completely ad free. I try to make interesting posts but people just come in, read, and just leave the site never to return again. I advertised using adbrite and got some traffic but only one registration from a user who never logged in after initial login.

Anyways thanks in advanced and I hope you all can shed some forum marketing wisdom upon me.

I think the topic of the board is just not wide enough... people like to read some information about the new iphone, but i am afraid that's it.

also the info is not so nice. but their are some possibilities.
