  Old  Do you use widgets?

I was wondering how many people here use widgets on their blogs?

I've been getting a lot of e-mails asking me if the themes I have on BlogCut are widget ready, as they use unordered lists on the sidebars it is very easy to convert them to support widgets (just a few lines of code) so I'm more than happy to convert them but I was wondering if it would be best to have them already widget ready when they are downloaded by the buyer? Which is why I want to see how many people prefer using widgets (personally I don't use them). Should I maybe offer both widget and non-widget in the download?

Thanks for your time!

I think the wordpress widget tool is excellent, I have always used it on my blog. Makes things a lot easier, I would suggest providing you wordpress themes widget ready.

I've not played with WP since the introduction of widgets, but it would make sense to offer widget-enabled versions surely.

Yeah thats what I thought, I just thought it'd be interesting to see how many people actually use them. Like I say personally I don't use them so I'm not overly familiar with them myself other than what I've seen/read of them on other sites.
