Hi
I reg a domain called
and the owner of imagelime.com contacted me and said that he want's me to put
Imglime.com is not affilated in anyway with Imagelime.com, check out Imagelime.com for more features.

In the footer of my site because it is a domain that sounds like his, dose he have rights to tell me to do it?

Who registered it first? I don't think he can tell you to do that since I highly doubt his site is trademarked, or any of that legal mumbo jumbo judging from the site's appearance.

If he owns the trademark, he might be able to make you put "Imglime.com is not affilated in anyway with Imagelime.com" but even if he owns the trademark, he doesn't have anyright to advertise his website using yours.

but he can ask for a link. however you have a defense in a court of law.

He would not be able to force you unless he has the name trademarked. Even if he does, the domains can be for totally different things if you know what I mean.
