forum skin

Ive designed a template in photoshop. And im wondering how to convert it to a phpbbskin or another type of forum skin.. Regarding coding type would it be allong the lines of php,html and css? or is there some tool that can do it for you etc?

You'd need to know HTML/CSS, and maybe a little PHP. To implement it into phpBB, you'd just need to edit SubSilver.

No, there isn't a tool/program that can automate the process.
