Javascript to send data from a form to cforms?

I have a site that I designed with a partial form on the home page. Once submitted, it would send the data to a page where they can complete the entire form, which is in cforms. Is there a way to use javascript to send the data to this form?

The HTTP protocol send the data, so you want to know what to do with the data once it arrives at the other side. cforms is a wordpress plugin, correct? Have you read the documentation? This is the problem with using pre-spun code.. it limits your ability to customize.
