Bah you dont need software to change your visual style  get neowin's uxtheme patcher you are able to use any theme once patched iv done it and im using a skin of vista beta 2 for style xp and i dont have style xp nor windows blinds For link PM me

Get XPize, it's free, comes with the patcher, and will install a lot of useful things too.

that tool seems %100 irrelavent to what I am looking for, it doesnt seem to give any type of skinning stuff.
im going to try my luck on another forum, I seem to be wasting my time here.
