I don't think I am allowed to disclose my CPM?

Umm... it's around $20

Just FYI sharing your CPM or Amount information is also against Google TOS and they can ban you for it. (But, I've only seen them do it once)

edit: By giving us the amount and number of impressions, we can figure out your CPM.

placing images around adsense is not illegal, however having no content and only adsense on the page i believe is against their TOS.

"Publishers are still welcome to place images above the ads. The only exception is if it's in such a way that it looks like the images are part of the ads.

When something like that comes to our attention, we'll ask that the publisher place a visible border between the ads and the images, to make it clear that the images are not being served by Google on behalf of the advertisers. We generally do not ask publishers to remove the images completely, we just ask that they add borders to avoid confusion. "

And remember, interpretation of their TOS is soley up to Google. I've seen them talk to people with images on the top or on the side.

Not sure what's up with yours? Maybe an ad blocker or something?

I guess that is what it is if Firefox had an Adblocker turned on as default

It's been like that for so long that I forgot about it, my firefox will usually let me click on ads but then it takes me to a page saying Couldn't establish a connection with server and then the server name.
