If your blog is is with Wordpress you do not have to worry much for SEO mechanism as Wordpress takes care of that 70-80%.. Update your blog regularly, be original, come up with relevant and trending topics, Google will take care of the rest.

Social bookmarking isn't enough.. If you want to get to your desired ranking you must participate in all of the strategies.. Before doing Off-Page Optimization (building links), make sure that you do the On-Page Optimization.. Its all about the proper use of keywords, title tags, meta tags, description, and alt-tags (when describing images). Title should be catchy and visible to the visitors so that they get interested..

3. Doorway Pages
4. Link Farming
5. Page Hijacking
cannot bring u organic traffic either.Much more than buying links
