Selling my site consisting of http://SurrealDesignz.com and the forums http://SurrealDesignz.net

Everything you see up there you will get, they have plenty of potential and if you have time to do so re-build it and earn what I was earning a while ago. Which was a least a $1,000 every other month. Every now and then I still get emails on why I don't do anything with it so I can still pass it on.

Looking for about $1,000 for both.

What exactly would a buyer get?
Could you provide proof of earnings?
Is this an auction or a straight BIN?
Any other information? How long has the site been up, for example?

My god, I remember this website from about 8-9 years ago when I first started getting interested in designing, memories!
