Ah, nice thread Robson. I've been noticing a lot of this going on as well, and am glad you're taking care of this. I know of too many forums that have turned into flamming fests, and I don't want to see talkfreelance go down that road.

Indeed I have noticed this - hopefully things will resume soon because it's dragging TFL down

Yes more Staff would help this out, and maybe something to boost the morale. I think it would help to make this place fun, more competitions maybe.

Unfortunatly I can't really start competitions because it's not coming out of my pockets. If Big Zee was up for funding something I could knock together a great promotion!

Im sure members of the forum who run big enough sites could help out with that? maybe sponsor the competition? Offer software licenses, text partner links etc?

I dont know if iv been a little argumentive on TF or not but at the moment im going through a bad period in my life and havnt been getting much sleep recently making me a little grouchy so if i have im deeply sorry. And i really think bigzee should get some more staff on the board as some threads are getting a little out of hand such as a couple of threads that iv seen in the sugestions and feedback forum that have been closed for the issue this thread is on about.

Have some designers from Talkfreelance sponsor some of the prizes. I believe that most of them would be willing to contribute. I'm not the best designer but hey... I would be more than willing to contribute some designs, banners, and such to competitions.
Techno I agree that more staff would benefit the community aswell. Back in the day when Talkfreelance.Com was a smaller community having 1-2 mods did the job, but now that we are starting to gain more and more members I believe that having more then 5-6 mods wouldn't be a bad idea and with more members come more problems; hence the problems we are having and discussing right now.

I think that this was a very important post Robson.
Personally - I think my attitude was also slowly degrading along with the general attitude of the board, been a bit more pecimistic. Sorry if I had offended anyone though
