Can't reply or make topics in offers?

why is this?

You must have 5 posts to be able to do that.
It prevents from people just arriving, and plugging their site or services in there.

thats kind of anoying, I came here to make an offer to a designer heh, now I have to find things to post about that aren't related to that at all.

Yeah well I think they were reconsidering some things about that rule like letting you reply in threads just not post new topics. But I geuss that hasn't happened yet.

But the good news is, if you reply to this post, you will have 5 posts.

Well that is odd. I was sure it was five posts...

thats what the rules say also.

vBulletin updates usergroups/permissions every half hour or hour (I forget which). Should be able to post there soon
