To place a link under the partners section you need a PR5+ website or a website that recieves 500 uniques per day. If you don't fit the criteria then we do sell those links for $25/month

Hum...25 dollers a month....would be really benificial to a web design company, considering that this is a freelnace forum that will contain freelance project requests in the near feature (when we get more members)....

I would imagine so, with over 700 uniques per day it's well worth the small price tag!

That has been bought for 6 months...so that won't be available until July. That costs alot of money The current sponser got a 6 month deal so it worked out cheap, but the normal retail price a month for that is $250 currently.

It's all in proportion really. This website recieves 700-800 uniques per day, the banner is a fixed position and recieves a huge amount of impressions.

We are growing bigger and bigger by the day, about 6-10 new signups daily and if anything 3 months down the line that position will be worth alot more to advertisers.

Over at yaxay.com it costs $100 for 10,000 impressions. With those 10,000 impressions your average CTR (click through rate) will be 1% IF you're lucky. That means that 100 people will click your banner over the course of the campaign (which could last just a few days due to the amount of traffic served).

Now out of those 100 clicks, how many will convert? (signup, buy your product etc) Chances are again about 1% IF you're lucky, so that leaves you with just 10 new members or ten products sold for $100.

So to answer your question whether it's pricey or not...to the average joe (someone like me and you who doesn't have large amounts of cash to throw at websites) it seems expensive. On the other hand to companies like inet, clientexec...companies who understand the value of advertising and have the money to put into it, it is infact very cheap!

Just to give you an idea....that spot for a month would give the company about 90,000 impressions, based on inets pricing that would cost around $900, we sell it for $250.

Hope i didn't drag that out haha, just wanted to answer your question!
