Does anyone backup their website?

I update my mySQL every night and my entire website once a week.

I backup my site every night. You never know what's gonna happen.

Wow every night? I hardly do it once every 6 months. Not that it has been updated really. I'v been to preoccupied with other personal things(School...etc etc)

Mine is done automatically via cron jobs so there is no worry in it. It backs up to my server however I am thinking about creating another gmail account and having them sent to my gmail, although it may become a very large account after a while.

My webhosting provider does daily backups, I often backup the Talkfreelance database (weekly schedule) incase anything drasticly goes wrong.

My old webhost said they do regular backups of all websites every 12 hours, then their hard drive carked it and I lost everything :S That's why I am interested in backing up all my stuff now.
