Remote backup was developed for current web hosts who would like a secure and safe place to store backups of server files as well as clients accounts. Server management was designed to help current dedicated EastSolid customers managing their servers. How ever we soon realized that EastSolid customers were not the only ones who needed helping managing servers. For this very reason Server Management is open to everyone, you don't have to be a current EastSolid customer to order this option. The only requirement is that your server is running any version of the following Operating Systems; RedHat, CentOS and Fedora with cPanel/WHM as the control panel.
