Old  Content Management System...I need some recommendations

Im planning to make a webmasters resources site...just a simple site with a few tools and articles..

I have all the stuff that i want to put at my site....

I only need a good CMS..i need a free or unlimited trial CMS that i can use. Im not a fan of Mambo and Drupal

I would love php-Nuke...but i want 7.8....7.7 is too outdated for me

Please give me some recommendations...i dont care whether it has many features..all i want is an easy CMS that anybody could use...

A link to the offcial CMS site would be nice..

ThX

I don't know any sorry, but an "unlimited trial" seems rather impossible. Do you mean an ever-lasting demo?

opensourcecms.com - try before you download

i've been using lucidcms (lucidcms.com) and i love it, it's super lightweight and really easy to use, plus it's fully customizable, you have control over everything

opensourcecms.com is a great resource for trying CMS before buying/downloading.

I'm a Joomla! fan myself.

I also suggest Joomla, although the OP said he didn't like Mambo, which is similar. EZ Publish has some merits, but some of its modules cost money.

Am using something nice and light: ETOMITE for my webmaster articles site. It has mod rewrite in it so that the pages have html extension. Not to mention skinning it was a breeze.
