how is $1000 a small budget, the market base on this forum shows that $400 easily gets you high quality work.
$1000 is still considered a small budget. Thing is, we cant even judge it. Is it a 1 page simple design he wants? Or doe she want 40 subpages? How many concepts does he want? Budget doesnt say anything.
hey man i design can actually do very unique designs i mostly do gaming and bisuness i dont have a live portfolio but have pages were you can view my work. I design and code and would love to work for you now if its full time i can work for about 500 a month depending how much work but most likely i wont need 1000 dollars bro i think you would be getting ripped if you would pay that much i design highly profile designs and still never pay that much actually havent seen many designs like mine.
