Do you have a PSD in case someone wants to recode the site since it's coded pretty poorly? Also do you have proof of traffic, where is the domain registered, when does it expire? Do you have any clients at all or is this website not started yet? Do you have a billing program your selling with the site or no?

Please answer these questions for future buyers as it is something they will all want to know before investing money, thanks.

PSD - Yes (Will need to check back deep inside but I remember that its included)
I said figured there will be some hits. According to awstats around 30 uv. On march there are more than a 100uv but then I had a small promo to sell it.
